I ordered a Summer Fridays balm and was shocked to receive a used product that was nothing like what I paid for. It was disappointing and honestly pretty gross to find something in that condition, especially considering the price. At the very least, items should be checked before they’re sent out. This is not what I expected, and the whole experience was unacceptable.

I loved the color of this lip tint. However after only using this lip tint a few times it broke. When I went to go use it this time the top came right off. Leaving the product to get on everything. Disappointed as I really enjoyed this but not worth the cost if it’s going to break after a few uses.
